Customer Interaction: Communicate with service advisors regarding service needs and customer requests.

Parts Management: Ensure proper management of tools and parts required for maintenance.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that the bikes are serviced to the highest standards before returning them to customers.

Test Rides: Conduct basic test rides to verify bike functionality after service.

8.

Repair & Replacement: Assist with basic repairs and parts replacement under the supervision of senior technicians.

Teamwork: Work effectively within a team,



assisting with tasks as required to meet service targets.

Tool Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

11.

Documentation: Accurately document work performed and parts used.

12.

Customer Communication: Relay customer concerns or requests to service advisors or senior technicians.

Workshop Safety: Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a clean and protected working environment.

14.

Ongoing Learning: Continue developing technical skills and knowledge of the latest bike models and technologies.

Efficiency: Ensure timely completion of tasks to keep service times within customer expectations
