We’re looking for a hands-on Flavor & Application Specialist who can turn our high performance bitter botanicals into delicious, food-like formats that people love.

This is a full-time opportunity at our fully equipped, chemical R&D; lab in Dadar, Mumbai.

✅ What You Will Do
- Reduce bitterness in products like ColCalm, Kalmegh Bitters, TumGard
- Create on-the-go formats: mini shots, sachets, teas, chewables, snackables
- Prototype weekly in our pilot kitchen — taste, tweak, iterate fast
- Build 2–3 flavour variants with real food ingredients
- Improve mouthfeel & aftertaste without adding artificial junk
- Maintain formula efficacy while enhancing enjoyment

✅ You’re a Excellent Fit If You Have
- Worked with strong, bitter botanicals or harsh extracts
- Turned bad-tasting ingredients into market-ready beverages or shots
- Know how to mask bitterness without just adding sugar
- LOVE to prototype — not just write formulations or reports
- Enjoy the challenge of making healthy taste addictive
- A palate aligned with Indian consumers

✅ Experience That Matters
- 4–10 years in flavour houses, beverage development, kombucha, functional drinks, sports nutrition, or herbal shots
- Background in creating real food or beverage formats, not pharma
- Comfortable with spices, acids, natural sweetness, mouthfeel
