Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Soft Skills cum IT Trainer for our DDU-GKY Skill Development Project in Churu, Rajasthan. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering training in English communication, soft skills, employability skills, and basic computer/IT skills to trainees.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on English communication and soft skills.
- Deliver basic IT and computer training as per the project curriculum.
- Develop trainees' communication, personality, workplace readiness, and interview skills.
- Conduct assessments, practical sessions, and regular evaluations.
- Maintain trainee attendance, training records, assessments, and other required documentation.
- Support trainees in interview preparation and placement readiness.




- Coordinate with the Centre Head and project team for smooth implementation of training activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate with relevant qualifications in IT, Computer Applications, English, Communication, or related fields.
- Relevant experience in training, teaching, or skill development projects will be preferred.
- Good command of English and Hindi communication.
- Solid presentation and classroom management skills.
- Good knowledge of computers, MS Office, internet, and basic IT applications.
- Experience in DDU-GKY or other government skill development projects will be an added advantage.
