Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a well-organized and attractive retail store. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, confident, well-presented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and requirements.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, and offers accurately.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain proper product displays, merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.
- Ensure products are properly stocked, labeled, and arranged on shelves.




- Assist with billing, payments, exchanges, returns, and other store procedures as required.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor about stock shortages or damaged products.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of products, current promotions, and company policies.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Support the store team with daily opening, closing, and other operational activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th grade; graduate preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-service and selling abilities.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and confident personality.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
