Harey Krishna Cables Private Limited is the manufacturing company behind the RHEIN brand of wires and cables. With three manufacturing facilities in Central India, the company supplies LT and HT cables, house wires and allied electrical products to state electricity utilities, EPC contractors, institutional buyers and an established dealer network.

RHEIN is expanding its presence across Western and Southern India and is building a strong field sales team to drive project and institutional business.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Projects / Institutional Sales to develop business opportunities and generate orders in the assigned territory.

The candidate will be responsible for working with EPC contractors, consultants, panel builders, industrial buyers,



government agencies and institutional customers to get RHEIN products specified, approved and supplied for projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop upcoming infrastructure, industrial, real estate, solar and utility projects.
- Build and maintain a strong project pipeline with expected requirements and timelines.
- Engage with consultants and project design teams to get RHEIN products specified.
- Manage vendor registration and approval processes with EPC contractors, PSUs and government departments.
- Develop solid relationships with EPC contractors, turnkey contractors, panel builders, purchase heads and engineering teams.
- Study tenders, BOQs and project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal technical and costing teams to prepare techno-commercial quotations.
- Track competitor pricing, tender results and market developments.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and payment terms within company guidelines.
