Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation, and Payroll.

Hands-on expertise in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting. Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing,



and production support of Oracle Fusion HCM applications. Robust knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services (SOAP/REST), and integrations with third-party systems. Good understanding of SQL/PLSQL, data migration, and interfaces. Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions. Good-to-Have Experience in Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Learning Management modules. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Security, Roles, and Data Access Policies. Experience with workflow configurations and approval management. Exposure to Oracle Cloud quarterly upgrades and impact assessment. Oracle Fusion HCM Certification.
