Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce
to take ownership of this business.

About the Role

This is a
high-ownership, execution-focused role
responsible for managing and growing Sattviko's business across
Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, BigBasket, Amazon and other quick-commerce platforms
.

The core responsibility is straightforward:
get the right POs and ensure that every PO is delivered In-Full and On-Time.

You will be the primary interface between Sattviko and the buyers, category teams, supply-chain teams,



warehouse teams and logistics partners
of these platforms.

We are looking for someone who is
aggressive, street-smart, highly persistent and excellent at getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

Key Account & PO Management
- Manage relationships with buyers and key account teams across quick-commerce platforms.
- Proactively work with buyers to ensure the right quantity and frequency of POs.
- Understand platform ordering patterns, inventory requirements and lead times.
- Track PO generation, acceptance, pending POs, short POs and cancellations.
- Identify gaps in ordering and proactively work with account teams to improve business.

Order Execution & Logistics
- Take end-to-end ownership of every PO from receipt to final delivery.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse and dispatch teams for timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for pickups and deliveries.
- Get warehouse delivery appointments wherever
