Key Responsibilities Internal Communications Develop and execute the annual Internal Communications strategy aligned with HRand business priorities. Own the employee communication calendar across the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, policy communication, performance management, learning initiatives, engagement programs, wellness, rewards & recognition, and organizational updates. Create compelling employee communication including newsletters, leadership communication, HR announcements, presentations, FAQs, employee stories, videos, posters, and digital campaigns.
