Key Responsibilities

● Handle end-to-end tendering activities from tender search to submission.

● Search and identify relevant government tenders.

● Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, terms, and conditions.

● Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents.

● Coordinate with internal teams for required documents, quotations, and approvals.

● Prepare BOQ, price bids, EMD, tender fees, and other required documents.

● Submit tenders within the required deadlines through online tender portals.

● Maintain tender records, trackers, and submission status.

● Follow up on tender results, clarifications, and related documentation.

● Ensure all tender documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

Requirements

● Graduate in any discipline; Engineering Diploma/Degree Holder preferred.

● 2–4 years of experience in Tendering / Bid Management.

● Good knowledge of e-tendering portals and tender documentation.

● Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.





● Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

● Positive attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Important-

● Good knowledge of Tendering + E-Tender Portal + Excel is preferred.

● Candidate should be responsible for timely and accurate tender submission.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
