Keep driving performance culture through regular interactions and providing market and product updates

Set goals, review performance of BA’s

Channel Development

Build and strengthen multi-channel distribution model through Agency Model as well as direct sales





Manage key partner relationships and drive joint business planning with channel heads

Agency Channel Development

Expand agency base by recruiting high-quality advisors

Drive agency leader productivity through regular engagement, mentoring, and rewards

Promote a performance-based culture with solid career progression

Compliance & Process Adherence

Ensure adherence to regulatory, operational and company policies

Market Intelligence

Gather and analyse competitive insights and market trends to drive regional strategies

Recommend product/market fit improvements and promotional strategies
