We are looking for a reliable and organized IT Support to join our growing IT function. This role will be responsible for day-to-day IT support and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operation of systems and providing timely support to users across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- First point of contact for IT support: hardware, software, and application issues (laptops, mobiles, monitors, business apps)
- Manage new starter/leaver processes: onboarding forms, account setup, licences, signatures, and access requests
- Weekly CRM (Dynamics 365) updates: product uploads, project deactivations, report and view creation, quote support, Field Service set ups
- Weekly Sage uploads, report support, and issue resolution with external partner (Codis)
- Coordinate with external vendors to resolve system issues and support requests
- Maintain SharePoint content, Microsoft Lists, and internal forms/process documentation
- Support monthly reporting requirements and internal report generation




- Test new system functionality and changes ahead of rollout
- Handle ad-hoc IT and systems requests

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

*Essential*
- Experience in an IT support, IT administrator, or systems administration role
- Confident troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Comfortable with data uploads, report tools, and structured admin processes
- Robust organisational and communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors/support partners

*Desirable*
- Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Experience with Sage or similar finance/ERP systems
- Experience with Sage Report Designer or similar reporting tools
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft 365
