We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for biopharma, pharmaceutical, injectable, and singleuse product portfolios within the assigned territory. The role requires strong expertise in bioprocessing, singleuse technologies, lifescience equipment/consumables, and a wellestablished network across pharma and biopharma segments.

Key Responsibilities
- Forecast sales volume and profitability for existing and new products.
- Develop and execute territoryspecific sales strategies.
- Generate recent business from pharma, biopharma, and injectable manufacturers.
- Achieve regional sales targets, KPIs, and overall business goals.
- Drive adoption of singleuse (SU) products across key pharma and biopharma accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with strategic customers.
- Engage with R&D;, technical, production, engineering, and procurement teams to understand needs and recommend suitable SU solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D; teams to validate SU products for new molecule development and filing projects.




- Build and maintain a strong customer network within the territory.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer expectations.
- Gather market intelligence and shape sales strategies based on product value and technical advantages rather than price alone.
- Set territorylevel business development goals and create action plans to achieve them.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and periodic business reports.

Requirements
- 10 to 14 years of sales/business development experience in biopharma, pharma, injectables, lifescience equipment, bioprocessing consumables, or singleuse technologies.
- Strong network across pharma, biopharma, injectable, R&D;, manufacturing, engineering, and procurement teams.
- Proven success in territory sales, key account management, and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skil
