- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and manage conflict resolution or disciplinary actions.
- Labor Coordination: Oversee attendance,
time-keeping, and strategic labor allocation across rotating shifts to ensure full coverage.
Quality & Safety
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous product inspections and monitor output to ensure 100% compliance with company and customer specifications.
- Safety Leadership: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (OSHA/local regulations) to mitigate risks and maintain a zero-incident workplace.
