. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Develop portfolio-wide maintenance strategy for protection and switchgear systems.
- Define annual PM schedules for related equipment.
- Monitor maintenance quality across sites.
- Provide remote and onsite support during critical failures.
- Lead Corrective maintenance and related testing during events.

2. Fault Analysis & Root Cause Investigation
- Lead investigations of any Trips and failure
- Analyze relay event records, disturbance records, oscillography and SOE logs.
- Prepare detailed Root Cause Analysis reports and corrective actions.
- Interface with CTU/STU/Grid Operators during major grid incidents.

3. Commissioning Support
- Review commissioning reports during project execution and major retrofits.




- Ensure compliance with CTU/STU/Grid Code requirements.

4. Reliability & Asset Management
- Develop protection reliability KPIs.
- Track trip statistics and recurring failures.
- Recommend equipment upgrades and replacement strategies.

5. Technical Governance & Capability Building
- Develop SOPs and work instructions.
- Conduct technical audits of substations and protection systems.
- Train site teams for testing and diagnosis.

6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with OEMs
- Interface with CTU/STU/Grid India
