About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare/update job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and other employment terms with selected candidates.
- Manage offer releases and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide suitable candidates.




- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on open positions.
- Support onboarding activities for current joiners.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
