Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to handle
project execution, site coordination, technical activities, and client/vendor coordination
. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day electrical project execution and site activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and related site activities.
- Coordinate material requirements, dispatch, and delivery schedule with site coordinator.
- Prepare project reports, site reports, trackers, and technical documentation.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Ensure work is carried out as per project requirements and safety standards follow up as per company rule.
- Provide day to day project updates to the reporting manager.
- Willing to travel on sites as and when required.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in
Electrical Engineering
.




- 1-3 years of experience
in electrical project execution/site engineering.
- Experience in industrial, HT/EHV, substation, or similar projects preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of electrical systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
- 2-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
- Willingness to travel all over Maharashtra as per project requirements.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of electrical drawings and project specifications.
- Experience handling clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
- ERP/project management software knowledge is an advantage.
