Associate Manager – Program Management
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and execution-focused Associate Manager to join our Program Management team. This role supports the delivery of global transformation programs, strengthens operational excellence, and enables consistent, governance-led execution across the enterprise.
The Associate Manager will work with global business, technology, and functional leaders to convert strategic priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps, mature operating processes, and help deliver high-impact cross-functional initiatives. The role requires robust program leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders across regions.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Transformation Management
Support end-to-end execution of global transformation programs aligned to enterprise priorities.
Coordinate program planning, milestones, risks/issues, and cross-functional execution for timely outcomes.




Maintain governance mechanisms for transparent tracking and informed decision-making.
Contribute to the design of future-state processes and transformation roadmaps with business and technology partners.
Help drive alignment and adoption of initiatives across regions and functions.
Global Operations, Governance & Continuous Improvement
Coordinate operating rhythms (weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews) to support data-driven performance management.
Support governance, leadership reporting, and steering committee inputs.
Help maintain consistent execution standards across global workstreams.
Identify process gaps and support improvements that enhance scalability, quality, and operational maturity.
Help build and apply playbooks, frameworks, and best practices to standardize operations.
Promote data-driven decision-making, automation, and digital tool adoption.
