IT & Cyber Security Manager

Position: IT & Cyber Security Manager
Department: Information Technology
Location: Corporate Office

Responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networks, systems, data protection, and IT operations. The role will ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted technology services across corporate and plant locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, hardware, software, and ERP systems.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, controls, and risk-management practices.
- Monitor and prevent cyber threats, phishing, malware, ransomware, and unauthorized access.
- Manage firewalls, antivirus/EDR, backups, access controls, and data security.




- Ensure IT security compliance and conduct regular vulnerability assessments.
- Lead incident response and cyber-attack recovery.
- Manage IT vendors, AMC contracts, budgets, and technology procurement.
- Conduct employee awareness and cybersecurity training.
- Ensure secure IT operations across office and manufacturing/plant locations.
- Prepare IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
