Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely updating of accounting records.
- Prepare and review Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare monthly and periodic MIS reports for management.
- Perform ledger scrutiny, reconciliation, and balance confirmation.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.




- Assist in preparation of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory reports.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely closure.
- Prepare and verify invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and other accounting documents.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other financial statements.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Purchase, Stores, HR, and Administration for accounting-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, internal controls, and procedures.
- Perform any other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by management
