Job Summary
Responsible for day-to-day program planning, coordination, governance, and delivery across multiple workstreams and entities. Ensures milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed to achieve successful program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage program plans, schedules, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Prepare governance reports and executive status updates.
- Monitor delivery progress, budget, resources, and quality.
- Ensure alignment with program objectives and timelines.

Must Have
- 12+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
- Experience managing large-scale business or technology transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
- Understanding of enterprise applications, system integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, and data management.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools.




- Strong stakeholder, governance, risk, and delivery management skills.

Valuable to Have
- Experience with AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, or Digital Transformation programs.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, and Cybersecurity principles.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, MSP, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
- Exposure to Power BI, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or AWS.
