Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Department: Sales Operations / Supply Chain

Reporting To: Sales Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily/monthly sales tracking and MIS reports.
- Prepare zone-wise, state-wise, product-wise, and SKU-wise sales reports.
- Analyze sales performance, targets, achievements, growth, and trends.
- Prepare sales plans, incentive data, salary approval data, and expense reports.
- Coordinate with ZSM, RSM, ASM, and sales teams for data and operational requirements.
- Monitor distributor, SKU, product, and sales-related data and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare monthly, YTD, and MOM sales analysis reports.
- Support management with timely sales data, presentations,



and other MIS requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all sales-related reports.
- Perform other data and coordination activities as assigned by senior management.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prepare MIS and sales reports within timelines.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
