Position: Sales Coordinator – Sales Execution & Administration

Department: Sales & Operations

Location: Pune

Experience: 3–7 years

Role Purpose

To coordinate with all departments, ensure smooth execution of the sales process, support the sales team closely, and take ownership of activities required to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate closely with Sales, Technical, Service, Purchase, Accounts, Dispatch, HR & Administration.

* Implement and monitor the company’s sales process and systems.

* Work closely with the sales team and guide, support and follow up with them to achieve targets.

* Ensure proper follow-up of enquiries, quotations, negotiations, orders, payments and dispatches.

* Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, CRM and daily/weekly sales activities.

* Ensure that commitments given to customers are properly coordinated and executed.

* Identify delays or gaps and take immediate corrective action with the concerned department.

* Support the sales team in planning,



execution and achievement of monthly targets.

* Should understand basic technical aspects of machine tools and be capable of communicating with technical teams and customers.

* Handle necessary administration and coordination related to the sales team.

* Take complete ownership of assigned responsibilities rather than only passing information between departments.

* Support management in implementing new systems, processes and instructions.

Candidate Profile

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Strong execution and follow-up capability.

* Good understanding of sales processes and business operations.

* Basic technical understanding, preferably from the machine tools/engineering industry.

* Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, CRM and reporting.

* Good administrative and organizational skills.
