Job Title/Designation: Field Executive - Site Acquisition - Telecom

Knowing Local Language(Kannada) is Mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify ideal properties for the construction of wireless communications towers and/or wireless installations.
- Initiate and handle all lease negotiations with selected/potential property owners.
- Identification of the location option within 50 to 100mts distance from the point identified by customer.
- Minimum 4 sites quality visits per day to identify the site options.
- After approval from the Customer, finalization of the rental as per the rental guideline with Landlords.
- Collection of documents from the Landlords.
- Preparation of MOU / Lease Deed agreement from Legal Department.
- Get signature of landlords on the MOU / Agreement.
- Collect the NOC application documents from the circle office and handover to TSP for NOC.
- Daily adherence on iMapp (Indus App) tool during field visits.
- Must be familiar with the district location/Area & Geography of Karnataka
- Report all site acquisition activities on assigned sites.
- Drafting and proofing recordable transaction documents, leases for legal department review.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Field Sales experience is mandatory
Annual CTC: Starting from INR 3.25 lakhs per annum (will be decided basis current salary) under Outsourced Partner Payroll
