Reporting to: Director Finance

Pay : INR 15,00,000 – 18,00,000 per Annum

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payment processes, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, statutory payments, and project-related disbursements. Review and verify payment requests, Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), vendor invoices, contracts, work orders, and supporting documents before payment processing. Ensure strong payment controls and compliance with established financial policies and procedures. Manage banking operations, treasury activities, cash flow planning, fund utilization, and financial risk management. Monitor daily fund positions, working capital requirements, banking facilities, and fund allocation. Manage bank reconciliations, payment scheduling, payment ageing, advance settlements, and cash management.



Handle high-value and high-volume payment transactions across multiple bank accounts, business units, and operational locations. Prepare MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, fund planning reports, financial analysis, and data interpretation using advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Coordinate with banks, Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors, GST Auditors, and regulatory authorities during audits, inspections, and financial reviews. Identify and prevent duplicate payments, payment failures, financial leakages, and banking risks. Lead the Payments team, manage multiple priorities, mentor team members, and ensure timely and accurate execution of payment activities. Ensure timely closure of daily, monthly, and year-end payment activities within defined timelines.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
