JOB ROLE OUTLINE: Responsible for accurate and timely data entry, reconciliation of accounts, and providing support
to the Accounts Manager in various accounting functions as and when required.

KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Entry and Reporting

1. Record and maintain data related to bills, payments, bank receipts, and other financial transactions in the
accounting system.

2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry to facilitate smooth financial operations and reporting.

Generate reports on a regular basis to track and analyze financial data, including but not limited to vendor
reconciliation, bank reconciliation, vendor purchase orders (POs), and GST hold reports.

4. Keep a tracker of site and asset insurances (cars etc.). Ensure timely application of insurance for recent project
sites w.r.t. fire, natural calamities etc. is done as per project requirement and relevant standards.

Reconciliation and Compliance

1. Perform vendor reconciliation to match invoices with payments, highlights discrepancies and maintain vendor
accounts accurately.
2. Conduct bank reconciliation to verify and reconcile bank statements with accounting records, identifying and
rectifying any discrepancies.

3. Assist accounts manager in preparing and maintaining documentation for GST filings, IT fillings, Tax cases,
including reconciliations and compliance checks as required.
