. MIS Preparation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
- Prepare sales, collection, outstanding, purchase, payment and expense MIS.
- Prepare cash flow and fund flow statements.
- Coordinate with various departments for collection of data required for MIS.
- Ensure MIS reports are accurate and submitted within the defined timelines.

B. Accounts & Finance
- Review and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare payment schedules and follow up for necessary approvals.
- Approval of DI and Verify invoices, supporting documents and accounting entries and
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit requirements.

C. Receivables & Payables Monitoring
- Prepare customer & Supplier outstanding and ageing reports.




- Monitor collections against agreed credit terms.
- Follow up with concerned teams for overdue receivables.
- Prepare vendor outstanding and payment due reports.
- Analyse working capital and identify areas requiring attention.

D. Banking & Treasury Support
- Preparation of LC Documents for Bill Discounting ,
- Verification of Term Loan Statements , LC , BG Statements
- Prepare bank limit utilisation reports.
- Preparation & Track for Bank interest, bank charges and other finance costs and follow up with back for excess charged
- Coordinate with banks for routine documentation and financial information

Qualification : Any Commerce Graduate

Experience : 7+ years

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
