Role Description
This full-time, on-site Production Manager – Pharma role is based in Gandhidham Taluka. The Production Manager will oversee daily pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, ensuring that production plans are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with regulatory and quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling batches, coordinating with quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams, and monitoring production metrics to optimize output and reduce downtime. The role involves supervising production staff, implementing standard operating procedures, supporting audits and inspections, and ensuring compliance with Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant pharma regulations. The Production Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot operational issues, and support training and development of the production team.

Qualifications
- Strong production management skills in a pharmaceutical or related regulated manufacturing environment,



including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, quality systems, and safety standards relevant to pharma manufacturing.
- Experience in supervising and leading production teams, with the ability to manage shift operations and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Ability to analyze production data, identify process improvements, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence.
- Familiarity with ERP or production management software and basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
