- Act as the primary internal user and subject-matter expert for Emulate3D.
- Develop 3D simulation models and digital twins for warehouse automation systems.
- Simulate material flow, equipment performance, throughput and system behaviour.
- Virtually validate automation concepts prior to physical implementation.
- Identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints and integration issues during design.
- Support engineering teams in optimizing layouts and automation concepts.
- Establish standard practices and methodologies for simulation development.
B. Equipment & OEM Library Development
- Develop and maintain a standardized, reusable digital library of automation equipment and OEM solutions.
- Build models for conveyors, ASRS, shuttle systems, sortation systems, AMR/AGV systems, pallet handling equipment, robotic systems, lifts, palletizing/de-palletizing systems, sensors and other relevant components.
- Ensure models are documented, parameterized and reusable across projects.
C. Virtual Validation & OEM Integration
- Work with OEMs and engineering teams to understand equipment specifications and operating parameters.
- Convert relevant OEM equipment into reusable simulation models.
- Simulate OEM equipment within complete warehouse automation solutions.
- Validate equipment interoperability and system performance.
- Support OEM qualification and solution selection through simulation.
- Develop standard simulation templates for frequently used equipment combinations.
D. Standard Solution Development
- Develop reusable simulation templates for priority warehouse automation applications such as pallet ASRS, shuttle systems, cold-chain automation, pharmaceutical warehouses, FMCG/F&B;, e-commerce/parcel, automotive parts storage and semiconductor material handling.
