Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee fabrication processes to ensure quality production of precast concrete products.
- Manage a team of fabricators, providing guidance and training to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to material availability, scheduling, and logistics.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in fabrication supervision or management in the building materials industry.
- Solid knowledge of precast concrete manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Proven track record as a Team Leader or Supervisor with excellent leadership skills.
