Job Description :
- Review complex
US Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040)
for HNI clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle and review
FBAR, FATCA (Form 8938), Schedule K-1, AMT, multi-state returns, stock options, RSUs, ESPPs, investment income, and capital gains
.
- Manage tax matters related to
foreign income, cross-border taxation, trusts & estates, residency, and sourcing rules
.
- Identify tax planning and optimization opportunities while managing compliance risks.
- Review work prepared by team members and provide technical guidance on complex tax issues.




- Ensure timely filing and compliance with
IRS regulations, deadlines, and internal quality standards
.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and address tax-related queries.
- Mentor and supervise team members, ensuring quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
- Handle
IRS notices, audits, and tax authority correspondence
when required.
- Stay updated on US tax law changes and support process improvements and best practices.
- Support senior leadership with
client retention, engagement management, and practice growth
