Roles & Responsibilities
- Immerse yourself in TRD Studios comprehensive suite of services, including branding, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, and collaboration with the marketing team.
- Represent TRD Studios at networking events, conferences, and industry meetups to connect with potential clients and gather market intelligence.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term engagement and retention.
- Promote additional services to clients based on their evolving business needs, driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Negotiate with clients to secure agreements that are both competitive and mutually beneficial.
- Prepare persuasive business proposals, contracts,



and presentations that reflect the value of TRD Studios offerings.
- Train and mentor team members on effective sales and client engagement strategies.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to refine service offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and client demands to maintain the relevance and impact of our solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in branding or digital marketing.
