We are looking for a Senior Java Production Support Engineerwith strong experience in Java 11, Spring Boot and the Payments Domain. Thecandidate should have hands-on experience supporting critical productionsupport.
- Provide production support for Java-based applications.
- Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues.
- Analyze application logs and identify root causes.
- Resolve incidents and production defects within defined SLAs.
- Work with development, QA, infrastructure and business teams for issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Support application deployments, releases and production changes.
- Participate in incident, problem and change management activities.




- Ensure high availability and stability of payment applications.
- Prepare and maintain technical and support documentation.
- Mandatory Skills - Java 11, Spring Boot, Production Support, Payments Domain experience.

Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of relevant IT experience.
- Robust hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
- Must have Payments Domain experience.
- Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience supporting critical/high-volume applications is preferred.
- Good communication and incident-management skills.
