Role & responsibilities
- Ensuring all current teachers are properly set and taking classes properly
- Teaching the teachers on classroom management skills
- Taking trainings of teachers everyday
- Have to take minimum 2 periods everyday
- Correct a good number of notebooks everyday / track which all teachers (of their subject) is lacking in corrections and maintain the report and ensure the lagging corrections are updated
- Fill up for any teacher who is suddenly missing
- Pre-primary HOD has to take 2 hours of training sessions everyday : teachers and maids
Preferred candidate profile
- Teaching experience of at least 3-5 years in their subject (secondary teaching experience for (Maths / English)
- Should have been open to travel to the branches.
- If they have been HODs for at least 1 year (that would be preferred)
