The ideal candidate should have strong experience in inside sales, lead conversion, student counselling, sales team handling, and target achievement. The candidate will be responsible for managing the inside sales team, improving conversion rates, driving enrolments, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Handle and convert inbound and outbound leads into successful course enrolments. - Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable courses based on their career goals and requirements. - Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, lead status, and conversion metrics. - Ensure consistent and effective follow-up with prospective students.



- Handle customer objections and support team members in closing high-value leads. - Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and sales performance. - Maintain accurate lead and customer information using CRM and lead management tools. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and enrolment process. - Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management. - Train, coach, motivate, and improve the performance of the sales team. - Identify gaps in the sales process and implement strategies to improve conversions and overall team performance.
