Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic B.E./B. Tech freshers to join our team as Sales Trainees. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting field sales activities, developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field sales activities and visit customers/prospective customers regularly.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and customer requirements.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and collect information on competitors, customers, and market trends.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduates with B.E./B.Tech qualification.
- 2025 and 2026 passed-out candidates preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales and customer-facing roles.
- Willingness to travel and work in a field sales environment.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
