Job Title: Telephonic Operator - Help desk
Department: Front Office
Experience: 0 to 2 years (freshers can apply)
Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive customer calls professionally.
- Explain Receptionist Activities and provide accurate information.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain professional communication and customer confidentiality.

Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Customer-friendly and polite attitude.
- Positive listening and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of English and local language preferred.

Qualification: 10+2 / Any graduate.
