Experience

15-20 years of progressive finance leadership experience.

Minimum 5 years in a Finance Head, or equivalent executive leadership role.

Proven experience in diversified businesses such as Renewable Energy, Mining, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, EPC, Industrial, or Capital-Intensive sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Group's long-term financial strategy aligned with business objectives.

Partner with the Chairman, Managing Director, and Board on strategic planning, business expansion, capital

allocation, and investment decisions.

Evaluate acquisitions, joint ventures, recent business opportunities, and strategic partnerships through robust

financial analysis and due diligence.

Drive profitability, enterprise value creation, and sustainable growth across all business verticals.
