Position Summary

The Presales Executive will be responsible for managing company-assigned leads through the CRM system, conducting cold calls, understanding customer requirements, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining accurate CRM records. The role is critical in generating qualified sales opportunities and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management
- Contact and engage assigned leads through cold calling.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce company offerings.
- Record all customer interactions and updates in CRM.

Lead Qualification
- Analyze client requirements and assess project potential.
- Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Transfer qualified leads to the sales team with complete details.

Site Visit Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.




- Update visit schedules and outcomes in CRM.
- Follow up with clients post-visit to gauge interest and address queries.

CRM Management & Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate CRM updates for all leads and activities.
- Monitor lead status and follow-up schedules.
- Generate and share daily/weekly performance reports.

Sales Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
- Support the sales team by providing detailed lead information.
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to improve lead conversion processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of calls made daily/weekly.
- Lead qualification rate.
- Site visits scheduled.
- CRM data accuracy and compliance.
- Lead response time.
- Conversion rate from call to qualified lead and site visit.
