Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage order processing, including data entry, tracking, and follow-up on orders from receipt to delivery.
- Provide sales support by processing customer requests, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular checks for errors and discrepancies in inventory levels, pricing, and product availability.
- Assist with supply chain operations by coordinating shipments, managing logistics, and monitoring inventory levels.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in an e-commerce environment or related field.
- Proficiency in Oracle or SAP systems for order fulfillment and management.
- Solid understanding of order processing procedures and best practices for efficient workflow.
