Job Summary
Synechron seeks a Risk Developer to bridge technology delivery with risk governance and regulatory compliance. This role focuses on designing and implementing risk-aware software solutions, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering data-driven insights to support governance, risk, and compliance objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth across up-to-date platforms with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with organizational risk standards.

Software Requirements
Required Skills (Essential)
- Strong understanding of multiple technology platforms including mobile, cloud, IoT, and blockchain concepts
- Proficient in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Ability to lead and effectively manage a team of technical professionals




- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in code reviews
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills
- Domain experience in risk management, finance, or regulated industries
- Certifications related to architecture, cloud, security, or data analytics
