We are looking for a UX Designer with 3+ years of experience designing intuitive, user-centric digital products. The candidate will work closely with product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and AI teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective user experiences. The role requires strong skills across user research, information architecture, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
- Understand user journeys, pain points, requirements, and behavioral patterns.
- Create personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, and interaction models.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Translate business and product requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into product designs.
- Establish and maintain UX standards and design patterns.




- Identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
- Design workflows for complex enterprise applications.
- Work on UX for AI-powered and GenAI applications, including conversational interfaces and AI-assisted workflows.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Contribute to design systems and reusable UI patterns.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of UX or product design experience.
- Strong knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design.
- Experience with Figma or equivalent design tools.
- Robust skills in wireframing and prototyping.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design.
- Experience designing web and/or mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of responsive design.
- Ability to work effectively with product and engineering teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
