Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure safety compliance
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure all workers follow safety rules and use PPE properly
- Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks
- Report and investigate accidents/incidents
- Maintain safety records and documentation
- Coordinate with project/site managers on safety matters
- Ensure compliance with company and statutory safety regulations
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Safety or related field
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of site safety experience
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Positive communication and leadership skills
