Role
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and referrals.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Understand US recruitment processes and hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Communicate with candidates professionally.
- Work towards recruitment targets and hiring goals.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Willing to work from office.
- Interested in building a career in US IT Recruitment.
- Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory.
