We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented DMS Executive to support sales and delivery coordination activities. Freshers with strong system knowledge and good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales and delivery teams for smooth order processing
- Update and maintain data in the DMS (Dealer Management System / Distribution Management System)
- Track customer orders, dispatch status, and delivery schedules
- Prepare daily sales and delivery reports
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
- Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding delivery updates
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock movement when required
- Handle billing, invoicing, and system updates
- Support management with MIS reports and operational tasks
Eligibility Criteria
- Any degree / diploma qualification
- Freshers can apply
- Strong system knowledge and computer skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team
- Basic understanding of sales and logistics processes is an added advantage
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
