Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst / BI Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, and SQL to support IT Asset Management (ITAM), software asset reporting, and executive dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable business insights.
- Build and maintain Tableau, Power BI, and Cognos dashboards.
- Develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and leadership reports.
- Work with ITAM, Finance, Procurement, SAM, and business teams.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Automate recurring reports and improve dashboard performance.
- Translate business requirements into data models and visualizations.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills




- 6–7 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.
- Advanced Tableau, Power BI, and Cognos skills.
- Solid SQL, data modeling, and data visualization experience.
- Experience creating executive/leadership dashboards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with enterprise data warehouses and multiple data sources.

Preferred
- IT Asset Management (ITAM) / Software Asset Management (SAM) experience.
- Exposure to Flexera, ServiceNow, Tanium, Lansweeper, Snow Software, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of software licensing, compliance, and technology spend analysis.
- Cloud reporting experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Python or R knowledge.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
