About the Role

Digitron India is looking for an experienced and technically skilled L2 Engineer – AMC Operations to join our team in Mundra, Kutch.

The role is responsible for handling AMC operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, technical support, and service activities related to ELV and security systems. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in CCTV, Access Control, networking, and IP-based security solutions and should be comfortable working independently at client/project locations.

This is a field-oriented position requiring good technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and effective client coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle AMC operations for CCTV, Access Control, and related ELV/security systems.
- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance,



and servicing of security systems.
- Provide Level 2 technical support for issues escalated by technicians, site teams, or clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, configuration, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot IP Cameras, NVRs/DVRs, Access Control Systems, Biometric Devices, and related equipment.
- Diagnose networking issues involving LAN/WAN, switches, routers, IP addressing, and network connectivity.
- Conduct scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits and ensure timely completion of AMC activities.
- Attend breakdown/service calls and ensure issues are resolved within the applicable SLA timelines.
- Identify recurring technical issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with clients, technicians, project teams, and internal departments for smooth service delivery.
