Job Title: HR Recruiter cum Generalist
Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing recruitment processes and supporting various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations and performance management, ensuring smooth HR operations and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates; collaborate with hiring managers to fill positions.
Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure all paperwork is completed.
HR Support: Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR policy administration.
Training & Development: Assist with training programs and monitor employee development.

General HR Admin: Provide support on benefits, payroll, and other HR processes.

Qualifications:





Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruiting or generalist roles.
Knowledge of recruitment labor laws, and HR best practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Full-cycle recruitment: 2 years (Required)

Language:
- Kannada (Preferred)
