About the Role

We are looking for a Manager – PR Client Servicing with strong experience in B2B technology communications to manage client relationships, drive PR campaigns, and lead day-to-day account servicing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute PR strategies and communication plans for B2B tech clients.
- Drive media relations, including identifying relevant media opportunities and facilitating interactions.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, key messages, and other communication materials.
- Identify industry trends, newsjacking opportunities, and thought leadership platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.




- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports and updates for clients.
- Support leadership profiling, executive visibility, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on account management and media relations.

What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in PR/Corporate Communications, preferably in a PR agency.
- Strong and relevant B2B Tech PR experience is essential.
- Excellent media relations and understanding of the technology media landscape.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage clients and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong strategic thinking, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling senior stakeholders and managing a team.
