JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Own the goal of Box office revenue and admits, along with the responsibility for driving initiatives of the BO marketing calendar, annual promotions and strategic and evaluate results for campaigns planned for BO function.
- Support the General Manager in creating business plans for new opportunities and for special strategic projects like refurbishment, evaluation of different formats etc.
- Maintain and track MIS for market share vis a vis competition for India and GCC. Conduct weekly market share calls, and regular training sessions on box office revenue improvement opportunities for operations team.
- Build segmentation basis customer behaviour and work closely with Loyalty Manager and GM Box Office to identify retention drivers and build retention strategies to reduce churn and improve frequency and CLV.
- Maintain site level competition and pricing data and assist in presenting weekly, monthly, and quarterly results of Box Office Function.
- Design, implement, and monitor ticket pricing strategies across formats for cinemas across India and GCC.




- Manage relationships with ticket aggregator partners, and special format partners such as Dolby, IMAX, and CJ group.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Programming, Finance, and IT teams on cross-functional initiatives affecting ticketing revenue.

BUDGET:
- Analyzes and interprets numbers and budget analysis can be done against the real difference.
- Specific requirements for commercial budgets, production or expenditure. May be responsible for making the numbers.
- Respond directly budget figures and possible deviations from the real ones.

- Marketing: Execution of Campaigns - In Cinema, Social Media, and PR.
- IT: Follows up with Global and India IT Teams to solve technical issues related to BO.
