Role & responsibilities:
- Ability to work as individual contributor
- Ability to lead a team of .Net full stack developers
- Ability to work on redesign/optimizations
- Collaborating with the reporting manager, customer and other stakeholders to co create a solution with ability to create plan, review/share progress, mitigate risks, be agile.
- Should have positive debugging & learning skill
- Design/ Implement various solutions arising out of high concurrency systems
- Responsible for timely and quality deliveries
- Anticipate on technological evolutions and upskill accordingly
- Ensure the technical directions and choices are as per best industry standards.
- Driving various architecture, design and status calls with different stakeholders
- Working with other team members and providing guidance on implementation details




- Fulfill organization responsibilities Sharing knowledge and experience within the other groups in the org.
- Able to provide overlap in US time zones as per customer needs.

Preferred candidate profile:
- In this position candidate will be required to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience in below areas:
- Object oriented concepts, SQL server query writing,
- Java script, other front end technologies like knockout and/or angular,
- c#, ASP.Net MVC framework, VB.Net Code and web APls.
- Knowledge of Auth.
- Should be competent to work as individual contributor
- Proficiency in frontend, middle layer and backend.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
